Elderly cat needs a safe place to stay

Rescued4life is trying to find a safe place for 16 year old female cat long haired who has basically been dumped by her owner who has gone on a 'holiday' and left her and isn't due back until march. Wandering ferret enjoys Sunderland museum and winter gardens

We are off tomorrow to collect a ferret found wandering around the museum and winter gardens if you know anyone in #Sunderland please ask them to forward this around all their networks such as Facebook twitter etc so we can try and find this little ones owner. More info to follow.

All aboard for seaburn centre Xmas market tomorrow

Hi guys sorry to chop and change around at this late stage but we are now able to attend the market. I hope to see some of you there I know a few of you already have made alternative arrangements with us but everyone is welcome for some Xmas shopping festivities and also a new recycle special offer available for our candles.

Hi all due to unforeseen circumstances we won't be attending the market on sunday. I know a number of you were planning to pop down to drop off donations and critter Xmas presents and I don't want you to have a wasted journey. New product to be launched this Sunday to help raise funds

Neil is busy working away on a new product/range that we hope will help us continue to raise funds for the rescue. If you handmake / produce your own products or items and are based in the north east and want free advertising please contact us Jane@rescued4life.co.uk

This new product will be launched on Sunday at seaburn leisure centre Sunderland 10-4 so come along and see us and find out more.

We are revamping our fund raising efforts for the rescue as in current climate we are able to help less animals than in past due to rising costs of feed and bedding and the reduction of donation of food and bedding to the animals.
Drop of your donations on Sunday at seaburn centre - we desperately need woodbased cat litter, cat food, pet blankets and treats for cats ferrets and birds. Go on be a secret Santa for a rescue animal this Christmas

Stall holders required for event on 16th dec Sunderland

Any stall holders able to do an event in sunderland on 16th Nov set up at 2.30 event 4.30-7.00pm. Due to snow related cancellations. Local advertising and offer of free mulled wine and seasonal treats for those who register to attend. In an area with very large work force and in aid of charity. There may be a space or two left if you are interested email me Jane@rescued4life.co.uk no stall cost just a donation for charity raffle prizes. Over 50 people have responded already downloading their voucher for freebies with press adverts and radio announcements in the run up.

Web hosting and site design supporting the rescue

Hi all we would like to let you all know about a new project we are undertaking that will help us continue our work in rescuing animals. We are now offering web hosting with a conscience. We are also going to be able to provide web site design to those who would like a site of their own but don’t have the budget for some of these big, flashy companies that can afford to charge more than the smaller business can pocket. Or perhaps it’s a site for your own individual activities.

Not one for computers or updating your website? Don’t panic we can offer this service for a small extra monthly fee.

Hi all and sorry for the silence hope your Xmas plans are going well

We have been battling the snow here and ensuring that the critters are fed and kept warm. We have dug the car out and have had a number of success stories over the last month with the two little girls in foster care who found a home in Manchester we re homed tabbitha to a great home. We have also linked other animals including ferrets and cats to owners including a special little boy ferret who has moved in with a female friend (neutered) I may add as her little friend sadly passed away
