We find it easier to find homes for cats and ferrets who are neutered but as we self fund the rescue out of our own money this can become costly. Why not neuter a cat or ferret so we can find them a home that little bit easier. Ferrets and cats cost us £25 a male and £35 a female to get neutered. We currently have a two female cats in our care that need to be neutered and also a number of ferrets mainly males.
Don’t forget by sponsoring a neutering you are not only helping the animal find a suitable home more quickly but also it can reduce health problems later in life and prolong their life and also will help prevent any unwanted litters as there are so many animals in rescue. If this sponsored neutering is a gift for someone we can also do a gift certificate for them with a Rescued4life key ring.
For more information please email us or if you would like to use paypal to sponsor a neutering please use rescued4life56@yahoo.co.uk any problems please do not hesitate to give me a shout

We have had an update on Holly in her new home.
For those of you not following us at the time Holly was a cat we came across when one of our own went for a longer than usual walk and we were following a lead that someone had seen her up the top of the village. When we got there this cat came running out but sadly wasn't our lost cat (who we found later) we gave her the food and left it at that a few other people kept pointing us up that way aswell over the next few days saying she was living in a plastic Wendy house at the back of the social club and had been for weeks/months the men were feeding her and a few had asked their wives if they could offer her a home. As the weather got colder we went up and again she came running it was only 3 days since the last visit and she came home with us as -10 in a plastic Wendy house with no bed was worrying. We waited to see if anyone had lost her and no one came looking for her so we found her a great new home.
She has now been there about 6-7 months and is loving it she has really made the place her own and adores their little girl who enjoys stroking and playing with her. We always. Love these warm and happy endings.
We still have a number of cats in need of warm safe havens even if only for a couple of months so we can continue to help more animals.
Please contact us if you can offer a foster home or permanent home 07949312753

This guy is so gentle and loving. He is currently living with our babies teaching them right from wrong but he deserves a place to call his own. Found wandering in torrential rain he then spent a few days in a porch before we were called and due to the wrong food being fed in the porch he lost a bit of weight and was a bit dirty. He moved in with us and has now cleaned up but did have a bald spot due to clump of muck being stuck on him hence the nick name spot.
Foster or permenant home required.

We have 2 male polecats and 1 female polecat. They need a home used to ferrets as they need training but are lovely little critters. Will split for homes with existing ferrets that need a friend. Foster home would also be a great help until these guys find a home.

We had a call last night about a baby dwarf bunny who needs a home. This little mite was found wandering in the recent downpours we have had and luckily someone offered a place for him/her to rest his head. Now they need to find a permanent or foster home for this little guy as the person who found him can't keep him. I am saying him but as yet we don't know the sex or colour etc. As I get more info I will let you know.
